Choosing your destination
If you already know which country you want to visit, good for you! But it's also possible that you're hesitating between certain destinations or that you don't have any definite ideas. Thinking about your plane ticket

Choose to book in advance to avoid any unpleasant surprises on your bill. But also pay attention to the airline you choose, your departure and arrival airports, the dates and times of travel... In short, don't jump headfirst on the first plane ticket just because it's cheaper. Does your flight have stopovers? How many stopovers? What about additional costs? So many questions to ask and checks to make before booking.
What about the visa?
If you're travelling abroad, you'll need to worry not only about your passport, but also about whether or not you need a visa. While some countries do not require passports or visas, others (like Egypt or India, for example) are very strict. You can apply for a visa at the embassy of the country concerned in your home country, for example.
But if all these formalities exhaust you in advance, please note that you can apply for an e-visa or electronic visa. Quick and easy, this fee-paying procedure makes it much easier to deal with the authorities in the country you want to visit.
There are now agencies and websites that will take care of your e-visa application with the relevant authorities. As a result, formalities are simplified and your application has a greater chance of being validated.. Once your application has been accepted, the agency will send you your e-visa by e-mail. All you have to do is print it out and take it with you on the day of your trip.
Book accommodation on site
Some travellers prefer to wait until they get to the destination before worrying about their accommodation. However, if this stage is a source of anxiety for you, it's best to plan ahead. Choose the type of accommodation that suits you best. And if you want a more human and authentic experience, you can also opt for couchsurfing (i.e. "squatting" on people's sofas) or on reservations. Airbnb (so you can also stay with a local). You also need to prepare in advance (but not a month in advance either).
